Ryan brings nearly a decade of real estate experience including investment, development, and brokerage services to each client he serves. Born in Newark and raised in New Jersey, Ryan is a true expert in the Newark real estate market and has a deep understanding of the zoning, regulation, and feasibility policies that influence the valuation of properties therein.
Prior to organizing QCRE, Ryan began his career at Ariel Property Advisors (“APA”) in New York City, where he began to understand the real estate world by identifying opportunities to provide valuation services to property owners seeking to better understand the value of their assets. After a year at APA, Ryan would go on to work at ABS Partners Real Estate (“ABS”), another New York City based real estate firm where he would work with the company’s partners to advise high net worth owners on their real estate matters to strategically position their portfolios to achieve above-market returns utilizing all available information to make informed investment decisions.
